Bill is one of the founding principals’ of WKMC. His expertise falls primarily in master planning, project management, and design of educational and public facilities – K through 12 and college campuses. For over two decades he has been actively involved in shaping legislation concerning project delivery options for educational and other public facilities in Texas. Mr. Wilson has led the design and planning of numerous award-winning public and educational facilities including K-12 schools, community colleges, university facilities, city and county facilities and other public entities. Mr. Wilson is a past-president of the Texas Society of Architects and was recognized by the Texas A&M University College of Architecture with the Outstanding Alumni Award. Bill has planned and managed some of the largest comprehensive multi-year building programs in South Texas. He is committed to assuring that all WKMC clients and projects receive the highest level of attention, care, and resources which the firm can provide.
Bill enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his grandchildren or doing chores at the ranch. When he isn’t tackling his own minor building and remodeling projects, you can usually find him riding his motorcycle, scuba diving or hunting.
