Program Manager

Frank was born and raised in the Kansas City, Missouri area. After studying architecture at Kansas State University, he moved to San Antonio to attend graduate school at Trinity University.

He worked with architectural firms in San Antonio and Corpus Christi before joining WKMC Architects in 1992 where he became a partner in 1996. Since joining WKMC Architects, Frank has been involved in the design of numerous projects and is very skilled at coordinating the various engineers and specialty consultants required for design of complex projects. In addition to his work with educational, industrial and government projects, he leads a team that has produced more than 100 financial design projects, coordinating additional services that include contracts for bank equipment, security systems, furniture, accessories, artwork and signage.

Frank is a virtuoso of project management. He is exceptionally thorough, responsive, timely in performance and careful with the clients’ budgets. The fact that he is also a creative designer is a bonus.

During his free time, Frank has been a leader in the local exercise community teaching early morning classes at the local YMCA for more than 20 years. He still does early morning workouts at a CrossFit gym and in 2013 finished 22nd in his age group in the Crossfit World Games.
