IBC acquired an existing 8 story building to serve as their Dallas Main Bank. The existing lobby was a large, uninviting space that gave the impression the building was unoccupied.
The first floor was modified to provide inviting views and access to the branch bank. Additional bank offices were provided in what was previously unused lobby space.
The result of these changes is that visitors enter a lobby where there is constant activity, wasted lobby space became valuable office areas and a warm welcoming lobby was created.
